Cassey Ho 15-Minute Pilates Deep Stretch for Splits | Blogilates

Cassey Ho of the YouTube channel Blogilates stretches us out in this 15-minute at-home pilates workout. We’ll try and get those hamstrings, quads, hips in perfect alignment with one another so we can finally master the splits! We’ll be using yoga blocks during this workout but you can also use pillows if that’s more comfortable for you.
